THE PRESENTORS

Peter O'Sullivan, Founder, The180Group.

Peter provides strategic guidance to companies of all sizes looking to improve cash flow and profitability, often in preparation for an exit. Peter was a key interim executive during the merger of EcoATM after a $350 million acquisition. Prior to that he had completed an operational turn-around to at Source Inc., which was then acquired by Audax Group private equity in 2016.

Peter earned a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Gregg Anderson, Founder, 41 Orange, LLC

Gregg is Veteran, and the CEO of a private equity-backed growth agency, helping companies build programs to generate predictable revenue. Gregg and his team play a key role in maximizing productivity and results from their client's sales teams through the use of sales and marketing automation technology and effective lead generation programs.

Gregg earned a BA in Business Administration from SDSU.

Brenda Rose, Business Banking, JP Morgan Chase & Co.

Brenda has a long span of banking experience including Large Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate Finance and Small Business Banking so she brings a wealth of experience to be a trusted resource to her clients. She now manages a team of Business Relationship Managers at Chase and helps guide business owners to strategically grow their company with the appropriate use of leverage, liquidity and financial reporting.

Brenda has a BS in Business Administration, Finance and Real Estate from CSUN and an MBA in Corporate Finance from USC

John Matanguihan, Business Banking, JP Morgan Chase & Co.

John manages the SBA division at Chase and is a wealth of knowledge on business expansion through real estate investment, business acquisitions and working capital finance. He formerly worked for one of the local CDCs here in San Diego and as a commercial loan officer at another bank.

John has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Miami University
